The main challenge for this holistic brand was to gain visibility and traction against already established leading providers in the market. Within this market there were several brands that had been trading for a long period of time and had managed to generate a loyal audience.
We aimed to gain a competitive advantage and differentiate the brand from its competitors. As the market was already competitive, we were faced with a challenge as it would be difficult to only use natural search to generate the visibilty that our client needed to become a market leader.

The Solution
So, what was the solution?
We chose to utilise social media and incorporate it into our marketing strategy. Firstly, we focused on Facebook as this was the best channel to generate an established audience, as well as target the correct audience. We then created an Instagram profile and began sharing targetted and unique content.
The solution was to interact and engage with consumers and use social media as the voice behind the brand. As well as highlighting that Mystic Wish is knowledgeable and an expert within the industry.

The Result
Our actions resulted in the brand gaining traction through their social media presence. On Facebook, it took three years to build their profile up, to having around 50,000 active audience members. We created an Instagram page for the brand two years into their journey and now each day they gain 15 to 20 sales from it.
Mystic Wish now have a vibrant audience, who love the brands holistic products. In addition, it has one of the leading holistic audience presences online and has generated visibility over other leading providers.
